Excellent. Came the same day that I rang. Ryan was very thorough and visited a total of 3 times to be sure that the rat problem had been dealt with, which it had. We were able to claim on insurance; we needed a very specific and detailed invoice/ report which EPS were happy to provide. As an aside, they also took time to chat to my young son and show him what they were doing which made his day! I would definitely use this company again.

Since then, after the poison was left and all holes in my flat blocked, I haven’t see anything since. Honestly, it probably saved my life as I was even considering to move!! Highly recommend

Contacted them through Checkatrade on a Sunday evening and received a response within minutes. They confirmed they could deal with the wasps nest the following day and would arrive between 12-2pm. Arrived at 12pm, dealt with the nest quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again!

These guys were great. Unfortunately we had a suspected rat between our floor boards and expected to have a huge amount of damage and distribution. The guys came and were able to lift the carpet in the upstairs bedroom and a floor board to find and remove the rat and plug the entrance point. They then re fitted the floor Board and carpet as though nothing had happened. Quick, Efficient and most importantly got the job done. Highly recommend

Had an issue with a pigeon hiding inside an old waste pipe and flapping around all day. I called Kush and an hour later he was there, much quicker than I had expected! Had a problem with squirrels living in the loft space - Ryan came round several times setting traps and removing the offending culprits and once done came round secured the access points they had used to get into the property.The service was superb and Ryan was very patient as it took a few goes to remove all the squirrels.Price was cheap compared to the bigger companies and the personal service was excellent.I would highly recommend Effective Pest Solutions and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
