I would highly recommend Kush at Effective Pest Solutions. He has been called out to attend my property for two separate incidents over the last couple of years and has dealt with them each time efficiently and effectively.

Lifesavers! I am about to sell my house and a mouse appeared for the first time just when the survey was being done. Kush was brilliant, visited the same day and arranged a follow up, plus after examining the evidence drafted a detailed report for our buyers to reassure them this was not a huge, ongoing issue. They also dealt with a rat issue in my drains some time ago and were equally helpful then, blocked the entry point and no issues since. I highly recommend the EPS team.

Great experience with Kush to sort mouse problem in my flat. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue was eradicated and was very reliable. Highly recommend!

I had a rat problem in the loft of a house I just moved into. So I ask for a quote online and had Ryan come around. He checked all possible entrances for them to get in and put bait out in all suspected places. After 3-4 days the noises stopped and after 4 weeks we was rodent free. I highly recommend.

Great service. Came same day, identified squirrels in the loft, after third visit all gone and their access sealed up tight. Many thanks.

I was sceptical at first, however, they resolved the issue efficiently & professionally within the price originally agreed, they were very transparent with all the charges & came out on the same day. Would highly recommend.

I dealt with Kush and he's been very professional and efficient. I had an emergency on a bank holiday Monday and they were the only ones available (other local companies didn't even bother calling). I had a valve installed in the drain and everything has run smoothly. I think it's good value for money because it's not just a one off, there's follow up visits too.

Perfect service - wasp nest removal A first class service from Ryan who I'd messaged through Checkatrade. He got back to me within minutes and as he happened to be passing was able to remove a concerning wasps nest from the attic. Incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and highly recommended. Excellent value too.

I contacted Effective Pest Solutions for a rat infestation, and I couldn’t have asked for more thorough service. Kush inspected every corner of the house, handled the problem confidently, and didn’t leave until everything was completely taken care of. Very professional, very discreet — and let’s just say he went above and beyond in more ways than one. Five stars. The rat problem is gone, and I was left extremely satisfied with the service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very prompt, efficient, and courteous seevice. I had a sudden worrying appearance of a rat in my kitchen. I phoned them and had a very helpful duscussion followed by a visit only 2 hours later, which amazed me. He was very thorough. It was clear that the rat had left but he put down 2 sorts of poison where it was last seen, and a trap in the garden. I had 4 follow up visits until he found the indoor poison was still untouched, and, eventually the poison was no longer being taken from the trap. I was very impressed with this firm.

Just completed their job dealing with our ratty visitors. First response was super fast, communications have been really clear throughout, including about the plan and costs. The rats have been persistent but so has Effective Pest Solutions. Seems we're all clear now, but the guarantee is a welcome assurance just in case.

Squirrel problem solved. Something was chewing and destroying cables and accessing the loft, chewing insulation. EPS were able to take a look the day after the call. In short, analysed the issue, a process of elimination resulted in a squirrel being the likely problem, looked at likely entry points. EPS returned for the follow up appointments as arranged. The problem had been identified, and was then solved quickly. After the job was done and the correct access point closed up, EPS spotted a possible future access point, which he then closed to avoid future issues.

Great guys - Ryan and Kush! Most companies wanted me to wait to see a rat before rat proofing my property but these guys got the basic point. Very efficient, helpful and courteous. Recommend them.

Mice entering house through gaps behind kitchen wall I phoned late in the evening when I found there were mice and they came straight away and dealt with the situation. Having blocked the entry point they came again twice to check there were no mice. Would highly recommend.

Rat in house As soon as we realised we had a rat somewhere, I spoke to Ryan who was able to come the same day. He quickly identified the source of entry and was able to install a flap in the main sewer pipe to prevent further entry and to allow exit and to take steps to deal with any infestation inside the house. He returned two further times to check progress. We have had no further evidence of the presence of rats. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed with the service.

The price was agreed at the start and was fair and did not change throughout the procedure, hopefully the problem doesn’t come back, but if it did, would use these guys again.

Squirrels in the loft Another recommendation for Ryan. He has dealt with persistent squirrels in my loft. He has always been punctual, cheerful and clean, keeping me in the loop throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Rats had gained entry to out loft space. Used Checkatrade to find professional trades persons. Received callback from Effective Pest Control within five minutes. Discussed problem with Kush, who scheduled a visit for the same day. Kush was friendly, polite and professional - respecting our property. Survey concluded likely entry was the drains and the rats were almost certainly entering the loft space via our cavity wall. Agreed on poison in loft and the installation of a rat flap fitted in our drains. Flap was fitted the next day and we have not had any further problems. Kush has revisited to check flap and loft. Happy with progress

Removal of squirrels from loft space and securing their entry points into the property Had a problem with squirrels living in the loft space - Ryan came round several times setting traps and removing the offending culprits and once done came round secured the access points they had used to get into the property. The service was superb and Ryan was very patient as it took a few goes to remove all the squirrels. Price was cheap compared to the bigger companies and the personal service was excellent. I would highly recommend Effective Pest Solutions and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fumigation Zana worked diligently when he came and was knowledgeable about his products which are environmentally friendly and effective which literally means the world. If there was something he didn't know, I felt comforted by him saying he did know as oppposed to some less-than-honest trades people lying. Zana, without prompting, showed courtesy and cleaned up any mess he made and demonstraed cleanliness. Zana at Effective Pest Solutions was a joy. Hopefully, I will not need his services again but if I did, I would use him. There are no more cluster flies visible in my house and I'm very happy.

Was highly professional and very interpersonal, done a great job in sorting out the problem and sealing external access points to the property which will hopefully solve the problem. Will recommend to others and use again for any similar issues
